No. We are an independent reservations and booking management company based in the Maldives. While we promote Maldives resorts using authorized wholesale channels, we are not owned or operated by any resort. All bookings are processed through verified wholesale partners (DMCs) who hold official resort contracts.
2. Is it safe to book through you?
Yes. We follow a fully authorized and compliance-based model. We are a licensed Maldivian company (C26192025), operate through official wholesale partners, and process payments securely through Bank of Maldives using PCI-compliant systems. Every booking is traceable and verified.
3. How do you get cheaper or competitive rates?
We source rates through Destination Marketing Companies (DMCs) who hold signed wholesale contracts with resorts. These contracted rates are not publicly available, which is why companies like ours—similar to Expedia or Agoda—can offer competitive pricing.
4. Why do some resorts have their own subdomain on your website?
Each resort may have a dedicated subdomain (e.g., resortname.reservationsandsales.com) to improve user experience and organize resort information. These subdomains are operated solely by Maldives Sales and Reservations Agent Pvt Ltd and do not imply official ownership or affiliation by the resort.
5. Is the information on your resort pages accurate?
Yes. We only use officially provided wholesale partner content or publicly available, non-copyrighted information. We do not alter or misrepresent resort details in any way.
6. Who issues my booking confirmation?
All final confirmations and vouchers are issued by our authorized wholesale partners (DMCs) and verified by the resort. You will receive a written booking confirmation, payment receipt, and a final resort voucher—all fully traceable.
7. How does payment work?
Payments are processed securely through Bank of Maldives (BML) using compliant online gateways. Payments are collected on behalf of authorized wholesale partners/resorts. You receive a full invoice and receipt for every transaction.
8. What happens after I make an inquiry?
Our team will review your dates, check availability with wholesale partners, send a quotation, and guide you through the booking process—including terms, inclusions, and cancellation policies.
9. Can I trust your prices?
Yes. All prices are sourced directly from official wholesale contracts. We provide transparent breakdowns, no hidden fees, and written confirmation of all rates.
10. How do cancellations and refunds work?
Cancellations and refunds follow the resort’s official policy. Before payment, we provide written cancellation rules, refund procedures, and timelines. Refunds are processed through BML and returned to the original payment method.
11. Are you authorized to collect payments?
Yes. Our wholesale partners authorize us to collect payments on their behalf as part of the industry-standard distribution chain. This structure is globally recognized and commonly used by major travel companies.
12. Are your services recognized by resorts?
Yes. Resorts recognize bookings made through their official wholesale partners, who in turn authorize us as part of their distribution network. Bookings are legitimate and verifiable.
13. What if I need to modify my booking?
You can contact us anytime. We coordinate directly with the wholesale partner or resort to request changes, subject to availability and resort policy.
14. Do you charge any extra fees?
No. We do not charge additional service fees. Our earnings come from company commissions through the wholesale structure, not from clients. All pricing is transparent and clearly stated.
